Each year, Air Canada sets out in search of the top dining experiences from coast to coast. To honour the occasion, the Air Canada enRoute team asked us to design a special edition newspaper announcing the winners. It was handed out at the gala and was available in the seat pockets of Air Canada's Premium and Business Class cabins for a limited time.
