What do you do with thousands of consumer complaints? Some brands would ignore them. But Taco Bell Canada decided to embrace them head on. The Doritos Locos Taco had been in the United States for almost 3 years, but wasn’t available in Canada and our fans let us hear it. So, when DLT finally arrived, we embraced the backlash and transformed our most critical skeptics into our biggest brand champions. They ate their words, literally.
