Page + Paper travelled to North Arm Farm for the ‘Longtable’ portion of the cookbook with Araxi’s Chef James Walt. Chef Walt prepared these dishes using ingredients harvested from the farm, while Page + Paper used the farm’s environment to frame and photograph Walt’s dishes. The cookbook highlights the season-driven ethos behind the creation of these recipes and the land [these ingredients] comes from.
