This book is directed towards those recently diagnosed with tinnitus. This auditory disorder affects millions of people worldwide and there is a severe lack of research, lack awareness, and lack of effort put towards helping those who have tinnitus. I've written and designed this book to help those new to tinnitus alleviate emotional and psychological difficulties whilst also offering coping methods to increase the sufferer's quality of life.
