#1 Duck meat in a steamed pumpkin. It contains lots of unsaturated fatty acids. #2 Squid sundae. It is a dish where the body, with innards removed, is stuffed with glutinous rice, pork meat, tofu, finely chopped vegetables and seasoning, then steamed. #3 Japchae. It is a stir-fried glass noodles and vegetable dish. It is made by boiling glass noodles, draining and mixing them with stir-fried spinach, carrots, mushrooms, beef, and onions.
