Resolve is a business process outsourcing company. Not exactly a clarifying statement by most standards. Yet the company profitably provides essential services in a variety of business sectors. They wanted their first annual report to effectively and publicly express who they are, what they do and why they are so good at doing it. The solution was simple language and an inviting graphic style. The result was a story that people could read. And understand.
