Filion & filles is a family beekeeping and honey making business in an urban setting. The company was founded in 2011 in the Trait-Carré district, a historic jewel in the Québec City suburb of Charlesbourg. Two young entrepreneurs—Chloé, 12, and Marie-Laure, 14—are the filles who run Filion & filles.Honey has been produced in Trait-Carré since the early 18th century.
