Five Rivers is a winery in the Central Coast region of California. Originally branded Fetzer Five Rivers Ranch, the client sought to reposition the wine in a more evocative and creative way, given that so many wine purchase decisions are made in the aisle, with strong influence from the label. The 'Goddess' concept was developed to give the wine a more focused and enchanted identity; each varietal of wine features the Goddess in a setting the supports it's taste profile, with an associated emphasis on the organic elements of air, water, earth or fire, and a compelling story with less emphasis on food pairings, for example, than traditional wines.
