If you've ever been on a board of directors doing volunteer work, you know that only a few do all the sweat labour while all the others enjoy the ride. The problem is that those hard working volunteers are getting older and older every years and their replacements are not showing up to take over. I should know. I've been on the Quebec Illustrators Association Board for many years and strangely everyone around me seems to be getting so much older, something I failed to notice, while I was having such a blast...
