Hue is a a British Columbia-based brand and restaurant focused on providing and highlighting local, seasonal foods bursting with colour. They have a curated selection of dishes, changing with each season. This is their Autumn menu. With a design approach inspired by the colours of autumnal produce, this menu takes the customer on a colourful culinary journey to discover the possibilities of seasonal eating.
