La Brasserie Licorne is the brewer behind the infamous Boris beer. A beer with “revolutionary” DNA. Boris opened a restaurant and bar, L’Ambassade Boris, in 2012 in the heart of Montréal’s Quartier Latin, keeping in mind the characteristics of the brand—urban and design conscious—in order to provide customers with the unique Boris experience. The design of the space is inspired by the ‘embassy’ concept.
