The design of this alphabet attempts to display a modern form of illumination in tribute of Carolingian manuscripts such as the Book of Kells, the Book of Durrow and the Lindisfarne Gospels. Just as these books highlighted the importance of a message and communication through embellishment, these botanical letters depict complexity and beauty in diverse natural forms.
