The focus was primarily to eliminate waste. The built in tab at the top of the tube eliminates the need for a box by allowing tubes to be hung during display and transportation. The tab can also be detached from the tube and slid onto the end to ensure all toothpaste is used before packaging is discarded. Logo, type and colours were kept modern and clean to reflect the nature of the product.
