Mambo Basi ("Crazy Bus" in Swahili), celebrates the cultural phenomenon of matatus, which are all-purpose taxis from Nairobi, Kenya. They are notorious for their colorful graphics, reckless driving, and extremely loud music. The packaged model includes building instructions with 3-D diagrams, sandpaper, custom decals, electronics, and over 100 laser-cut bass wood parts. After decorating their completed mini-bus, the builder can plug in an MP3 player or phone to play music.
