The March Issue is Published!

The long winter wait is over—our first issue of 2017 is making its way to mailboxes soon!

Our March/April issue has been published, and it's the first-ever Community Awards annual, celebrating work from Canada's regional markets. We're sure you'll be impressed with the creative coming out of all corners of Canada.

The cover was shot by Peter Stranks for an exhibition at the Orillia Museum of Art and History, and is one of the winning images in the 2017 Community Awards featured in the issue.

Some more highlights:

  • We "road trip" to Canada's east, west, north and central regions to find an artist or creative team doing great work. Hear about the successes and challenges unique to their local markets.
  • In Portfolio, we see what makes the design department at Leo Burnett Toronto consistently achieve creative excellence
  • We dip behind the scenes of our new Applied Arts Awards brand
  • We ask the team behind Channel 13 about the strategy and execution for their latest experiential stunt targeted at millennials

Thanks to our print partners at Mi5 Print & Digital for their support in producing this issue. Head over to our Subscribe page for digital copies, or contact customer service at assistant[at]appliedartsmag.com for more details and single-copy print sales.
