What’s the Issue with the Issue?

From computer chip shortages delaying everything from pickup trucks to PS5s, to potential liquor shortages making drinking eggnog at the holidays a futile exercise in testing your lactose tolerance, everyone is experiencing the effects of supply chain shortages and issues, and Applied Arts is no exception unfortunately.

Our Winter 2021: Advertising & Student Awards Annual has been delayed due to paper shortages and other delays in that ever-present supply chain. It’s a shame because the creative industry’s stakeholders and rising stars collide in our upcoming issue. The Winter 2021 issue explores the future of education from the rise of private art and design schools to bringing in new courses to adapt to understanding today’s key issues related to ethics, diversity, equity, and inclusion.

While the issue may be delayed, it is definitely worth waiting for, so we won’t leave you hanging by a chain and will keep you posted as we find out more.
