The SickKids VS: Crews launch film was a balancing act. Not only did the film need to act as a rallying cry for dozens of subcultures, it had to deliver the hard-hitting message that the hospital needed to raise more money than ever before. To tell the story properly, we cast hundreds of real donors with no acting experience, and shot overnight all over the city, requiring a large cast and crew to be nimble and move efficiently while carefully crafting the director’s vision.
