As Canadians emerged from one of the longest pandemic lockdowns in the world, we were all excited to get back on a patio. Until we all realized we had forgotten what it's like to dine outdoors with strangers. That's why Boston Pizza, was compelled to reacquaint us all with the finer points of Patioing and created an exhaustive how-to re-training campaign that included TV, Social, digital, OOH, on premise, 72-page hardcover manual, and automated telephone helpline.
