This exhibition catalog, published by the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, covers Evergon's 50 years of practice. In its form, this publication evokes a certain photographic frame: 1) the book format is based on the polaroid square shape, one that is dear to Evergon, 2) hatched borders of the pages also refer to the polaroid, 3) a delicately textured uncoated paper and smyth-sewn binding that play on the sensuality of this artist's work for whom photography is a loving practice.
