FOVE is an emerging distillery that currently specializes in making Acerum. A maple eau-de-vie obtained exclusively by the distillation of alcohol from the fermentation of concentrated maple syrup from Québec. The process transforms sugars into alcohol and fine complex aromas. The detailing of the label on a slender and sophisticated bottle, mixes inspiration from the world of chemistry while incorporating a rustic look that references a maple leaf.
