Rooted in the ethos of freedom, the new identity for GitHub builds on the connections among technologies and people, illustrating the largest open-source software community as the heart of collaboration. The dynamic relationship between the lines is a visual metaphor for how GitHub brings tools, ideas, and talents together like a funnel and amplifies the impact like a megaphone. The image-making process involves the use of AI, Processing, and Python to create visuals that are impossible by hand.
