Grand Dérangement Distillery proposes the first organic vodka produced in Quebec; Petite Eau. This new spirit is a tribute to the resilience and self-sacrifice of the pioneers of Nouvelle-Acadie and an appreciation of its rich soil. The traditional labor related to water symbolized by three characters, the miller, the water carrier and the dowser, with faces veiled by a royal blue stream stretching from one bottle to the next. A wax-sealed cap establishes the artisanal character of the product.
