In 2021, I collaborated with DJ Shun to design his digital album covers. Off Work on Mondays is one of Shun's Citypop music series, which is made up of eight digital albums - seven days a week plus one bonus day. Each album presents the mood of one day. The concept of illustration is the parallel universe in which the background visual is a real scene in Japan and panel one unveils a fleeting moment. There are some subtle elements connecting these two visuals.
