Inspired by my time in the ocean. Most waves, even ten foot boomers, do not hold you down for longer than twelve seconds, and of those that do, most let you up after fifteen seconds. With surfing, comes wiping out and the wave not letting you back up. You must stay calm. An otherworldly loss of gravity and control, stuck in a whirlwind dreamland where you wait for your time to be released.
