The sale of property without an intermediary is gaining in popularity in Montreal. But when it comes to real estate, the slightest mistake can be costly to the novice. In order to make consumers understand the difference brokers make in a real estate transaction, the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board challenged consumers to sell a virtual home without the help of a broker through a fun and engaging advergame.
