In order to bring to light the technorganic aspect of the luminescent dresses conceived and designed using LED technology by Circo de Bakuza, we chose to photograph the gowns in a deserted landscape, a quarry, thus conveying a surreal atmosphere. The transformation of space using luminescent lighting was meant to underline the synthetic, yet humane essence of these gowns while destabilizing the viewer and provoking enchantment.
