Any Mummers 'lowed in? Mummering is an incredibly beautiful and bizarre Newfoundland tradition that takes place during Christmas. A group of friends will get dressed up in their most outlandish homemade outfits and visit a half dozen houses throughout the night, sharing a few drinks, songs and laughs along the way. I grew up with mummers visiting my home and so when I visited NL last summer, I was determined to capture the bright and loud costumes as well as the people who bring them to life.
