Reading this book front to back, will make people who have never met or tasted Sarah's desserts, feel like they have. They will realize that it is not about the specific recipes, it is about the person and her story, by coordinating me as a book designer and her as a pastry chef; this collaboration was definitely my favourite part of the project.
