When squatting on a toilet seat, do you try to score? Do you dump your household garbage in the public restroom? There are many do's and don'ts when using the restroom, so what is right? The public restroom envoy turns potty behaviour into proper daily habits, demonstrates various manners in a humorous way, and conveys proper values that allow the public to easily understand the essential restroom etiquette for being a quality citizen.
