The Ontario Retirement Pension Plan was created because many Ontarians will face a savings gap when they retire. But to connect with millennials, who don’t like to talk about retirement, we had to start the conversation in an unexpected way. So we paired notable millennials, like YouTube stars, with retirees for a knowledge exchange. The millennials taught retirees about something modern, while retirees taught millennials about life after 65 and why the ORPP is needed.
