Pigs are used for toxicology testing primarily because of their hairless skin and their similarity to humans. The creature walks through a cave of walls of its own flesh. The end of this tunnel of flesh is a white light which symbolizes the pigs inevitable demise from testing. This illustration expresses the isolation and suffering the pigs experience until the day they can no longer be used for testing and are discarded.
