My project called Heterotopias got its name from French philosopher Michel Foucault's concept. In 1967 he defined heterotopias as real spaces holding a utopia and concrete spaces housing the imaginary. I used the idea of heterotopia to create images from existing architectures. My series of pictures bring us to a desolate world that appears to be dystopian, where everything is much bigger than ourselves and where we feel a sense of solitude and a slight agoraphobia.
