Hue is a British Columbia—based brand and restaurant focused on providing and highlighting local, seasonal foods bursting with colour. This cookbook was created to celebrate their mission in a way that is accessible to the everyday home cook. Divided into colour-coded seasonal sections, this book makes seasonal eating beautiful, delicious, and exciting. With a recipe for every day of the year, the Hue cookbook is sure to bring colour to even the greyest of days.
