The artwork features the eyes of a baby to convey the idea of their transition from the safety of the mother's womb to the uncertainty of the outside world. The eyes depict the child's apprehension as they adapt to new surroundings, while also reflecting their resilience and determination after overcoming the harshness of the birth process. The warmth and comfort of the parent's love and protection are also represented in the artwork.
