The Ovaltine Cafe is a landmark restaurant in Vancouver. While taking into consideration the historical footprint it leaves on the outskirts of Chinatown and its timeless character having been around since 1943, I payed tribute to where it has been whilst maintaining its relevance in an increasingly gentrified neighbourhood.
