Birch is a rustic and modern gastropub targeted towards those 20 years and older. The logo uses a thick typeface to represent the restaurants' boldness, the 'B' and 'H' represent the peeling effect of birch wood. Rectangles are placed around the menu items to coincide with the rectangle that is used in the logo. The interface is easy to use and attracts the consumer to the gastropub with the classy photography and menu.
