The design echoes the aim of the Taiwan government to promote the friendly fishing campaign and marine sustainability and Lua-friendly fishing. Through a friendly image, the public will become aware of the importance of marine ecology and the environment to their lives, and at the same time, get the effect of entertainment, sustainability and conservation.
