Coffee grounds are 28x a worse pollutant than CO2. Unfortunately, we throw out 18M tons of it every year. Nespresso recognized that it's part of the problem. So, they created the Coffee Brick—a sustainable construction material made with coffee waste. This will be launched in Colombia—home of Nespresso farmers—where disaster struck with Hurricane Julia. Coffee Bricks are used to rebuild the country's destroyed villages & communities. We also encourage coffee lovers to help our innovation.
