Vancouver Opera Fest Brand Identity

There is often a misconception that opera is an old art form. To counteract this misconception, a bold, modern identity was created for the Vancouver Opera Fest. The logo features an expandable musical staff and focuses attention on opera's music, which has long been an important part of Western classical music tradition. The black and white brand colours give a sophisticated feel while simultaneously reflecting the serious themes found in operas.
