The essence of the Captain Earl brand aims to deliver a key message of social responsibility in an easygoing, accessible manner. Elements such as sustainability, locally sourced products, community involvement and a handmade aesthetic are addressed to make the audience feel as through they are contributing to a meaningful cause while enjoying delicious food. The targeted audience is laid back young people with a taste for quality, socially responsible food at reasonable prices.
