Mental health. The project was a beautiful challenge to navigate the limits between subtle yet strong imagery to illustrate the narration voicing the hardships and victories of expressing, helping and accepting your self and letting others in. Color and texture were particularly important devices and exploring small subtle movements, zooming in and out to communicate the feeling of being too much inside yourself versus a zoom out: letting the air/hope/acceptance in.
