Moksha yoga is a hot yoga studio, 37°C hot. A series of yoga poses, including twists, in this kind of heat, will make you sweat a lot, leaving you with a « wrung out » sensation. The visual juxtaposition of a standing twist posture and the wringing of a towel expresses just that.
