Portfolio Peek: The Illustrations of Julia Minamata

Julia Minamata is a freelance illustrator based in Toronto who recently got in touch with us to share her portfolio. A graduate of Sheridan College’s Illustration program, Julia’s also a previous winner of the Applied Arts Illustration Awards in 2002, 2003 and 2004.

Julia’s client base includes several magazines and newspapers, such as Maclean’s, The New Yorker, Business Week, Maisonneuve and Dose.
